Max Neves was born and raised on O'ahu. He grew up playing sports, graduated from Kaimuki High School and attended Hawaii Pacific University. Having been raised by his paternal grandmother, he understood early on the importance of family and treating people with honesty and respect. This has translated into Max's professional life, earning him industry respect and admiration throughout his career.

Max has years of diverse experience in finance, commercial roofing (15 YEARS), commercial cleaning and property management; most recently as the director of Associa Hawaii On-Call Management & Maintenance Services. Max has been the project manager and point-of-contact for large-scale construction projects; he handled the complete re-roofing of local shopping center; and managed a large de-scaling project following fire damage to a large condominium building during the COVID-19 pandemic. He understands the importance to board members and home owners in completing projects on time and within budget.

He further believes that taking care of customer and treating people like family is of utmost importance.  His industry contacts enables him to reach out to colleagues during emergency project situations to get things done both quickly and efficiently.

His dedication to serving others, and easy-going camaraderie with people creates an enjoyable working atmosphere.

​

When he's not working, he volunteers with his son Logan's youth baseball team, and serves on the Men's Ministry at his local church.

​

Max has always believed in treating his customers like family.
